CallingVault is an e-commerce / telecommunications bridging company that supplies services through its web site and mobile app. The purpose of these services is to protect the privacy of our membership through a secure system, and to give our members the freedom to control their cellular life and lifestyle.

The following privacy and security measures help ensure that all information contained through CallingVault will not be available to other entities, unless done voluntarily by a member.

Any personal information collected by Callingvault is for the purpose of utilizing the CallingVault services, including, but not limited to: (a) registering an account; entering a promotion sponsored by CallingVault; (b) communicating to and from CallingVault; (c) credit card or other subscriber information.

(a)   CallingVault does not sell, rent, lease or give out personal information of its members to third parties.

All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to CallingVault, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

(c)   CallingVault may disclose the personal information of a member without notice if required to do so through a legal process served on CallingVault, such as a subpoena or other law enforcement compliance demands, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to protect the public against an act of violence, terrorism, or the personal safety another. 


Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be collected by CallingVault. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the CallingVault website and services.

Security and Privacy of your Personal Information

CallingVault secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure through the following methods:

(b) Web and App Access:

You can only access your CallingVault Web account or App through your confidential credentials. This enhances security and inhibits hacking by outside entities.

(c) Tracing your Personal Information Through your CallingVault Number:

CallingVault has tested the ability to trace or cross reference personal information through a CallingVault number both internally and through 3rd party phone number tracing and cross referencing companies. All attempts to trace personal information through a CallingVault number have failed, which means that your personal information remains secure and safe.

External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted and to whom are trusted for protecting secure data.

 Children Under Sixteen

CallingVault does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of sixteen. If you are under the age of sixteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, CallingVault may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. Any of these communications will have an “Opt Out” button.

CallingVault reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our site, and/or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services available through this Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
